DESH-G Model and Preliminary Architecture for Multiple ADAS Systems

As for the car that has multiple ADAS systems, it is hard for us to keep it safe. The conventional approach usually supports a single system, and it does not cover the driver's behaviour in various situations.
In this paper, we focus on HMI and provide three HMI principles.
First, we introduce the DESH-G meta model that contains the driver model and environmental model. We identify five interface types (i.e. Ii, Io, Im, Is, Id).
Second, we show the reference architecture of system that supports the multiple ADAS systems.
Finally, we indicate the two important HCI properties to improve the usability of the driver. The time to avoid a hazardous situation is usually is short. So, it means that the cognitive features is important.
